Shipping and Order Policy

1) Order Processing

  • Orders will be dispatched in 2-3 working days.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately and a tracking link once your package is dispatched.

2) Shipping Speeds & Fees (India)

  • Standard Shipping (Pan-India): Free on all prepaid orders; delivery in 3–6 business days to metros, 5–8 business days to other areas.
  • Remote/Outlying PIN codes: Please allow 7–10 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Weather, festivals, and courier constraints can cause occasional delays.

3) Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking link is shared via email/SMS after dispatch.
  • You can also track from My Account → Orders using your order ID and email/phone.

4) Address Changes & Order Edits

  • Need to update your address, phone, or items? Email care@goodinme.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
  • Once an order is dispatched, edits aren’t possible; we can help after the parcel returns to us (see Returns).

5) Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Couriers typically make 2–3 attempts. If unreachable/undelivered, the package returns to us.
  • For prepaid orders returned to origin, we’ll contact you for re-ship or refund (shipping fees non-refundable if a re-attempt fails due to customer unavailability).

6) Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Item

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact care@goodinme.com within 48 hours with unboxing photos/videos (outer box, inner contents, shipping label).
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund after verification. Please retain original packaging until resolved.

7) Returns & Exchanges (Hygiene-First)

  • For safety and hygiene, skincare is returnable only if unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging.
  • Return window: 14 days from delivery.
  • Return shipping: Prepaid label provided for damaged/incorrect items. For preference-based returns, return shipping may be borne by the customer.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-returnable: opened/used items, freebies, samples, gift cards, promotional bundles (if any component is opened).

8) Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

9) Payment Methods

  • UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets.
  • All payments are securely processed via PCI-DSS–compliant gateways. We do not store card details.

10) International Shipping

  • Currently [not available]. If enabled later: duties/taxes are borne by the recipient; timelines vary by destination and customs.

13) Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel before dispatch by emailing care@goodinme.in.
  • After dispatch, cancellations aren’t possible; please accept delivery and submit a return request (unopened/unused).

14) Serviceability & PIN Codes

  • If your PIN code is temporarily unserviceable, we’ll reach out with alternatives: address change, different courier, or full refund.

15) Fair Use

  • To protect product integrity and pricing for all customers, we may limit bulk/reseller orders.
