Every night, gently massage a small amount GGM onto your wet face and neck, use circular motion to break down any dirt or everyday makeup on your skin.
Rinse with room temperature water, pat dry, and follow with the rest of your routine.
Oily, Combination skin are advised to use GGM in morning as well. Dry skin can skip the cleanser in morning. If you shower in morning do use GGM after washing and conditioning your hair regardless of skin type.

I've spent years trying every kind of skincare product. But the one thing I could never get right was my cleanser — which is strange, because it's the one product I use more than anything else. Twice a day, every day.
I've always believed that if your basics are strong, everything else falls into place. Your cleanser, your moisturiser, your sunscreen — that's your foundation. Most people invest in the last two and treat the cleanser like an afterthought. I was one of those people for a long time.
But the more I learned, the more I realised my cleanser was quietly making everything harder. The tightness I thought meant "clean" was my skin losing the lipids it needed. The sensitivity I blamed on my serums was my barrier already compromised before anything else even touched my face. Heavy foam irritated my nose. And like most people, I wasn't lathering properly — just rubbing aggressively, causing friction damage I never thought about.
So I built what I actually needed. A cleanser with enough slip that hands glide instead of drag. Low foam that doesn't irritate.
